We know some folks are comfortable ordering products online and some people want to see a sample window before placing an order. If you’d like to see a display window before moving forward we’ll be happy to help.

To avoid a wasted showroom visit do these things first

1. Fill out the form at the bottom of the page to get a quote by email
   • Critical first step to make sure we offer what you want
2. Review the quote, ask questions, we can make revisions
   • It’s important to understand the options and choices before you drive all over
3. Ask us if the product you’d like to see is available in the showroom
   • There are thousands of available options, everything is NOT on display

If you don’t do these things first the likelihood of you wasting a trip is high and we don’t want that to happen.

Important things to remember when you visit the showroom

• Let them know you’re working with Window Universe
  • The showroom is run by the manufacturer and is more of a wholesale place
  • If you’re working with us they’ll let you look around
  • Austin showroom hours are 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday
• The folks working there are NOT retail salespeople
  • They’re entering orders, scheduling deliveries, not necessarily product experts
  • Ask us any questions as the showroom staff are not retail salespeople
• The purpose of the showroom is to let you see a sample window
  • Before your visit ask us which displays to look at so you know what to expect
  • Some things may be labeled differently and we can explain the choices

In order to make sure you’re able to see what you’d like to see we ask that you first request our price list using the form below. That way we can send you the pricing and product info by email and answer any questions.

We can also help save a trip by sending out a set of color samples and brochures in the mail so you can be confident that the colors will work for you and, if applicable, your homeowners association.

We can also email you real pictures of a display window from our showroom. Sometimes it’s easier to look at real pictures vs the glossy brochure type and that might help to save a trip. Remember, we deal with thousands of customers going through the same process as you are. We’ve been asked every question 1000 times and we have a process for everything around here.
